8100 Low Voltage Harness Tester
The 8100 is a practical and capable wire harness test system. Its small, compact units are non-intrusive to your space and can be expanded to accommodate the number of test points for your needs. Fast test setup and software-guided cable assembly make it easy to learn and operate.
- Expandable to 100,000 test points — expansion units can be distributed up to 200 ft (60 m) from the base
- Tests assemblies with passive components including resistors, diodes, and capacitors
- 4-wire Kelvin resistance measurements for higher accuracy
- Graphical connector images with visual and audio operator prompts for guided assembly and rework
- Compatible with Cirris Smart-Lights®
- Resistance and touch probing — probe identifies points and makes measurements; wrist strap allows finger-touch identification
